If you have a buy to let mortgage and your rental income exceeds the mortgage repayment, you do not have to include this. If the mortgage payments exceed the rental income you receive, enter the difference between the two as expenditure.
If you are planning to clear or consolidate all or a portion of your expenditure, we will be happy to consider your circumstances, but please be aware that you will be required to declare all current expenditure - even those you intend to clear - when you apply for a mortgage from Standard Life Mortgages.

- Hire Purchase
- Interest-free credit
- Any other mortgages, not being repaid
