We've made the application process for a mortgage loan as simple as possible for you:

Apply online in just 3 simple steps:
1. Get a quick online quote
Our quick quote is an online calculator that gives you an instant indication of the costs and features of our Freestyle Mortgages based on just a few quick questions. You can save these quotes in your secure My Quotes area to read at a later date.
We have two quick quote calculators – one for residential mortgages (mortgages for the house you live in) and one for Buy to Let.

Alternatively, if you're not sure which mortgage is right for you, compare our mortgage options with the 'cost and compare' calculator.
2. Request an illustration
Once you’ve saved your quick quote, your next step is to request a no-obligation Key Facts Illustration (KFI).
The KFI will provide you with an accurate description of the mortgage in a format that allows easy comparison with other mortgage loans.
Your KFI will be stored in your My Quotes area and can be emailed to you. You should read through the full details of the mortgage before applying.
3. Continue your application online
Once you’re happy with your illustration, you can continue to complete an online application in around 15 minutes.
You'll get an instant decision and we'll let you know what the next steps are. You can also sign up to our mortgage tracking service which will send you updates on your mortgage application's progress by either email or text message.
